Obama Waves Goodbye to Our Free Market Society:

Obama wants my three grandchildren to grow up in America without knowing the American Dream.

I am saddened to think about the America that my grandchildren will grow up in. They will not know of the amazing accomplishments our country has made since it was first founded. They will not be partakers of the hope and dreams of previous generations. They will not be allowed to dream of owning a large company, achieving greater financial prosperity than their parents and raising the next generation of achievers.

The only inspiration they will hear will come from their grandfather who will extol and expound on the virtues of the Old America. They will not be taught in our public schools about great men such as J. Paul Getty, William Randolph Hurst, or J.P. Morgan. They will not be educated on such great Presidents as Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Thomas Jefferson, James K. Polk, or even the truth about John Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. It will be up to their grandfather to give them books, videos and blog posts by Malkin, Hewitt, Medved and others on the past generations that made this country great.

No, they will not hear of the founders of America who knew the value of following a Judeo-Christian work ethic and giving people the freedom to produce their own wealth, prosperity and freedom. They will only learn of collectivist totalitarians such as Marx, Keynes, Alinsky, and Obama. They will learn only that presidents like Carter and Clinton where the visionaries that lead to the greatest presidency of all that of Barack Obama.

As Obama waves goodbye to Our Free Market Society, we can only hope that there are enough strong hearted freedom loving Americans left to turn this country back so that our grandchildren will be able to prosper, thrive and bring hope and food back to the rest of the world.

To my grandchildren I say forgive me for not fighting harder to preserve the strong prosperous Americathat I was so fortunate to grow up in. I hope and pray that they will learn, hear and head this words by Thomas Jefferson. Those words should be the mindset of every American President we elect in the future! I asked my grandchildren to look at this latest assault on our freedoms as a new tyranny that will inflict the minds of future generations.

In mid-morning trading today, the day President Obama signs his massive Generational Theft Act into law and a day before he unveils a massive new mortgage entitlement, the Dow dropped to to 7,606.53.

Now, imagine if President Bush had presided over a 2,000-point stock market tumble in the same time period.

    However, I would proudly share a cell with people who believe in American leaders like Reagan and Jefferson and the American Dream. Descent against Totalitarian collectivists is a worthy tradition of Americans. Obviosly, you do not think Obama is taking America in that direction.

    On the other hand I am also proud that I have not bought into the Obamaism Institution that has so many drinking the Kool-Aid.

  3. i’ve got a question for you, and why not? why won’t your grandkids or your kids be able to have the amercian dream of owning a company? would it really be you lack of indulgence not to share with them on how to be a man or woman, on how to carry themselfs properly, on how to study and respect the country? we the people are not just the president himself, or money itself but its the individual and how i, you, we, they, us, him, her, everyone conducts there family life, teachings and morals on hardwork, honestly and integety. pass it forward, not throw it out. i’m pretty sure you’re white and watch the news that is very depressing, shows every down fall of the world, and has people already against the commander of the u.s.. you depress the people, you depress the ecomomy. we are the ecomomy, we are the people, we are the stock holders, consumers of every piece in the world. depress and fill our heads up with doubt and we, you, me, us,him,her, will let the dow drop. unless you can honestly tell me that you are unbias and i’m wrong i think you should have something else to write, thats isnt so igroante, and blind. so its up to you.. to teach your kids, grandkids what the u.s. is about. excemting the civil war, and horrific tragics the americans brought upon blacks in those CONFUSED times, we came to this country with one purpose, that ALL humans are created equal, even tho africans sold other africans to us as slaves, but we corrected our composer, and learned that it was wrong. the greatest accomplisement any child could earn is learning english and math. how to communicate and be tolarnte toward others.

    I was one of the first in my circle of influence to praise Obama for getting elected. I also supported giving him his due and letting him prove to the world what kind of leader he would be.

    He has shown us rather quickly what his world view and his intentions are for America.

    This is not a racial issue as some would like to make it. This Presidency is a battle for the hearts and minds of Americans. Our children and grandchildren will to know the difference between free market Capitalism held together by the Judeo-Christian Ethic and strong individualism and collectivist socialism forced together by a strong Centralized totalitarian government.

I cannot apologize if you voted for a racist son of a —–, and you voted for another one Bush who F—–up this country, and there is plenty of proof everywhere of this. It all boils down to this, Obama will not send your son, or daughter into a war over oil!!! This stimulus thing is gonna put money in everybody’s pocket, including yours.     Do you honestly think the free market is the right approach? And do you really feel it is “free”. If you have millions in stock, or own a bank, then it is sure is free….free rain to do what you want. Because Obama is regulating some things and having the gov’t step in is not a bad thing. The gov’t is there to protect the people, bail us out, provide us with things we can’t have. Everyone in the U.S. bitches and moans about one thing or another but you need to have a world view. Kenya has a 40% unemployment rate. U.K taxes are well over 40%…some eurpoean contries are even over 50% tax. Do you not want affordable or “free healthcare”? Do you not want help when you lose your job to a company who’s CEO makes 20 million and you get laid off. Seriously, you should reconsider what American values really are, and stop listening to the marketing BS on TV. American values have deteriorated sigificantly over the past 8 years with the so-called christian values that seem non-existent. No market is ever free, especially when it is controlled with people who will make more money that you will ever will in your life time. From what you say about Christian values, I think christian values are just as terrible anymore than any country we call a terriorist. Bush…so called christian, spied on americans, tortured the enemy, death penality to tons(in texas), but is against abortion. ….very very hypocritical.

  7. whoever wrote this article must have been dropped on their brain a few times as a child. How can you contribute the economic turmoil that has been going on for the last 8 years to Obama?? This deficit, the economic crisis, and the mortgage dilemma has been going on waaaaay before Obama was elected. Even when he was elected, he wasn’t in power, or had any rights as president to deliver any executive orders. He has only been President for a little over a month now. Does anyone remember what George W. Bush did his first month in office?? He went on vacation!! Obama is trying earnestly to pick this country off the ground, dust it off, and keep moving to a better tomorrow. It took a long time for this country to dig this hold we’re in, it will also take to to climb out, one step at a time. Obama is trying to provide the ladder to get out of the ditch.

  9. I appreciate your words and have been saddened by today’s events. I have fought against this kind of socialism but it seems as of now to no avail. However, my granddaughter (15) seems to understand what is going on so maybe there is a little hope to undo what Obama hath wrought. Thanks for the meaningful words of Thomas jefferson.

  10. Isn’t it a shame that we were led to this point by the greed of free-market. there dosen’t seem to be any other choice at the moment. Actually, free market has put us here. Someday we can try again to see if we can handle an unregulated market. At least now I know what the right had in mind all along. Get us here and then let Obama look like the bad guy. How stupid we all are. Like the Rushe’s of this world stated, “I hope he fails”. Never mind what it would do to this country, this world. We were right, huh? So what if we all drown in them being right. Sick!

    It is interesting to me that my little blog carries such weight with the left. It is also interesting to me that lefties are so up in arms over my disagreement with the direction Obama and the Democrats want to take this country.

    I can understand conservatives wanting to chime in on this topic, but liberals it seems to me should care less what we think. You guys have all of the power, Executive Branch, Legislative Branch, and soon to be Judicial Branch. Why worry about a small time conservative blogger’s thoughts.

    As for greed, the Judeo-Christian ethic is based on Christian and Jewish morality. Greed is a sin and for the most part our American leaders have been pretty good about avoiding greed. Without morality Democracy doesn’t work. That is why we need to elect leaders who have integrity and surround themselves with honest people. Obama’s choices so far have been less than stellar.

    We must remember when we complain about greed in America we must not forget the numbers of people who tried to get rich off of the housing market and lied on their loan applications to get sub-prime loans, then defaulted and expected the government to bale them out.

    We must also never forget the Democrat politicians who supported Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac then looked the other way when the system was falling apart.

    Just remember that this swindilus package only has less than 1% of the money actually going to economic stimulus in the first year. Most of the money is for pork barrel special projects to help increase the Democrats power grab.

    Most of you won’t even see the reality of the problems that will be burdened on our children and grandchildren because you are too sold out to Obama.

    I for one will continue to apologize to my children and grandchildren for taking away a part of their future by not doing enough to change the outcome of this shamulus bill.

  16. Rigg, thank you for your work, though I fear it is in vain. I consider myself neither Dem or Rep, Lib or Con, however, I know the truth when I hear it. Anyone with a freshman year course in economics will understand that an economy cannot SPEND its way out of debt. These stimulus measures may help a LITTLE in the short run but will eventually cause runaway inflation and place the yoke of poverty on our grandkids. The road towards our ruin started with Bush’s war and will continue with Obama’s runaway spending.
    I fear the left will not rest until we are a socialist state. By the way boks, that universal health care you mentioned is the first step to socialism. It will be followed by sky-high taxes, wage caps, then redistribution of wealth, increased government, and eventual loss of all freedom. That’s a hell of a trade to get some health care.

    You are correct on all your points.

    Socialism is the goal of the left. Even if they don’t come directly out and say the word socialism, they imply it with every bit of rhetoric they spew out.

    When Obama, Pelosi, Clinton, Reid, Soros, Ayers, Axlerod, and Dean take over our Health Care system we will see how rotten health care can really get. They will bungle up the best health care in the world until we are brought down to third world status.

    Obama’s economic plans will prolong and strengthen the rapidly falling economy. Just like in the 30s the government will cause the problem to last longer than the natural cycle it would run through if we did nothing.

    Obama will probably stumble America into a war greater than anything we have seen in Iraq and Afghanistan.

    But, there is hope in Christ and the number of new believers will increase during times such as these.

    It’s called “sockpuppets”.

    Those are the delusions of a 20-something koskid who still lives in his parents basement, mooching off of them while still taking their time to decide what he/she wants to be when they grow up.

    Here is a prime example of such buffoonery –

    Don’t worry Junior, I’m sure GW was not sitting in his oval office listening to you and your buddy talking on the phone about the new XBOX game that just came out. How about Bill Clinton setting up a private database in the White House during his reign and his collection of hundreds of private FBI files on Republicans and Conservatives? Oh that was ok right?

    Torture? How many “enemy” were actually tortured? 3, 4? We’re not talking 1000’s here like under your hero Che Guvera. Putting underwear on somebody’s head is not torture by the way. Club Gitmo? Where prisoners were living better lives under detention than if they were back home?

    George Bush as Gov of Texas oversaw 131 executions of criminals over his term from 1995-2000. Yet this boks character somehow put that on the same par as the 6.2 million plus abortions in the US that took place over that same time span (source CDC). Talk about being absurd.

    Of course in his eyes 6.2 million plus innocent unborns = 131 dangerous criminals! That is the type of math you get with liberals.

    It is interesting how these liberal clinches always show up in groups.

    Your right they are all sitting around some Halo Wars: Rise of the Spartans Chat Room when one of these Obamabots takes a break and gets marching orders from the Obama mothership to check out some blog named riggword and post the spill of the day. Then all of the Halo Chat room friends ditto in. Then back to the game until further orders.

    It’s all a result of our cut and paste education system.

    By the way I deleted several more comments that were full of “F” bombs and other words that reflect their intellectual prowess.
