Sarah Palin, Lipstick, Obama…Who Cares?

Obama’s Lipstick schtick is just another example of who the guy really is.

From the onset of his campaign Obama has been touting himself as the “new” style candidate; the candidate of hope and change; the guy who is different. The “Joke” would be no big deal to me if it weren’t for the fact that Obama has presented himself as “above this sort of thing”. He has presented himself as the candidate of change and the candidate of the people. He has presented himself as the “One” who will be able to give the world a Coke and make them sing in perfect harmony. His slamming style does not bring us all together in harmony; he is the most divisive candidate in the election.

Obama is not who he portends to be.

Obama said that he would talk to our enemies without preconditions. All along he has given the impression that he is the “one”candidate that can bring the differences of the U. S. and its enemies together to talk things out. He was going to heal the world, he was going to heal America and bring us all closer together. Obama was to be the “One” man who could heal the racial divides, bring woman into the fold, drop the partisan politics and make this country work again.

When the going gets throws Obama a tantrum.

His latest comments and this “Joke” show that he is falling apart. He has no substance. If you have been following his speeches since January you will notice a change. Back in the early going he was a radical leftist who believed in his cause. He projected ideas and ideology of the radical left of this country. That helped bring in money and helped him get the nomination. Every since he barely beat Hillary he has become more evasive and less substantive. He and his handlers know that he will not win the general if he keeps up his radical image. He is now left to empty talk, childish “Jokes” and turning over every rock in Alaska to find the spelling test cheat sheet from Sarah’s six grade test. His “Jokes” and smears will bring in more money from his devote followers who love this sort of thing.

Obama won in Illinois due to scandal and bullying his opponents. It will not work in this election…unless they cheat like he knows how to do from his Acorn days.

Obama is looking like a child who doesn’t

get what he wants in the check out line at Safeway.

All he has left is intimidation, “Jokes” and smears!

Chill wind alert: Conservative talkers sued to shut them up

By Michelle Malkin • September 9, 2008 06:28 PM

Radio Equalizer’s Brian Maloney reports on the latest attempt by leftist speech-chillers to level the talk radio playing field…by suing conservative talk radio hosts to shut them up and shut them down:

Having failed to shut down conservative talk radio through every means possible, including well- funded attack sites, smear strategies and so much more, the left has opened up a new front on its war against viewpoints they oppose. The new approach: simply sue your political foes right out of business.

In what appears to be a test case for what could become a future trend nationwide, a suit has been filed in Los Angeles against conservative talk station KRLA, which is owned by Salem Broadcasting.

In the suit, David Birke and attorney Johnny Birke argue that KRLA uses public airwaves to push Republican Party causes, an old lefty chestnut.

Barack Obama’s thug lawyers give the tactics two thumbs up.

Posted by: Hugh Hewitt at 7:00 PM Either Obama’s dim as can be, or he is angry at having been thrown backwards week after week. When Obama denies having targeted Palin, keep in mind that everyone instantly made the connection. Is Obama really that clueless? An angry outburst does less damage than his pleading he didn’t mean it that way. Remember the raised finger?

Keep in mind as well that Obama has been telling us his genius at running his campaign is evidence of his fitness to be president. Some genius. We are watching a crack-up under pressure. His Chicago handlers might be able to put the wheels back on, but we now have a glimpse of “glass jaw” Obama in a crisis.

UPDATE: Callers and e-mailers are furious with Obama. Beyond furious, really. MSM is ignoring this tsunami of a story thus far, but it has traveled around the globe and back and will keep traveling. Millions of women will never forget and they won’t forgive.

As promised, here’s the James Bennett article of Sarah Palin from the UK’s Telegraph.

Still think the American left hasn’t underestimated how badly they’ve miscalculated about Governor Palin?

McCain ad: “Lipstick”; Flashback: Obama flips the bird at Hillary; Update: Sexist Memory Lane

It didn’t take Team McCain long to develop a new television spot from Barack Obama’s “lipstick on a pig” comment. They have rolled out this 30-second spot hammering Obama for his sexism, using a Katie Couric quote to remind viewers of Obama’s allegedly sexist campaign against Hillary Clinton. They also note that while Obama isn’t ready to lead, he seems ready to smear:

Update II: A few more data points for those wondering about Obama’s insensitivity on sexist imagery:

  • “She’s got the kitchen sink flying, and the china flying, and the, you know, the buffet is coming at me.” — April 20
  • “You challenge the status quo and suddenly the claws come out.” — February, Tulane University
  • “I understand that Senator Clinton, periodically when she’s feeling down, launches attacks as a way of trying to boost her appeal.” — February

Again, this is Obama’s turf. He started this line of thinking by accusing John McCain and Republicans on four separate occasions this summer of conducting racist attacks by coded subtext. If he wants to play that game, the McCain campaign just let him know that they can play it better.
