Does it seem like they are going a bit too far examining Sarah Palin?
If only the MSM would spend as much time and money investigating Obama and his crooked dealings like his financial arrangements with Tony Rezko; his dealings with the radical election cheaters Acorn; his Bill Ayers connections; or his lack of a clear birth certificate. The MSM bias continues to show its ugly Medusa head.
I Think Americans can see right through their efforts and Americans do not like the pompous, self-righteous attitude of the left and the leftist MSM. Sarah Palin will survive and thrive in this election. God bless her for her strength and determination. The left will loose big in this election and the MSM will loose viewers.
Americans love a hero that stands up to injustice:
Sarah Palin will come out of this fine tooth investigation with more credibility and higher approval ratings than any candidate in a long time. She will rise to the occasion and make the MSMers and the Obamaniters look petty. She is the woman to take them on.
Go Get ‘Em Sarah!

Lead Story
Huffing HuffPo desperate for a GOP gaffe
How desperate is the Huffington Post to point to an Obama/Biden-like rhetorical gaffe by Sarah Palin?
This desperate: (Hat tip: HA Headlines)
Gov. Sarah Palin made her first potentially major gaffe during her time on the national scene while discussing the developments of the perilous housing market this past weekend.
Speaking before voters in Colorado Springs, the Republican vice presidential nominee claimed that lending giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had “gotten too big and too expensive to the taxpayers.” The companies, as McClatchy reported, “aren’t taxpayer funded but operate as private companies. The takeover may result in a taxpayer bailout during reorganization.”
Economists and analysts pounced on the misstatement, saying it demonstrated a lack of understanding about one of the key economic issues likely to face the next administration.
“You would like to think that someone who is going to be vice president and conceivable president would know what Fannie and Freddie do,” said Dean Baker, co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research. “These are huge institutions and they are absolutely central to our country’s mortgage debt. To not have a clue what they do doesn’t speak well for her, I’d say.”
The only ones without a clue here are the HuffPo’s Obama water-carriers.
As I wrote four years ago about the Fannie/Freddie racket:

J C Penny Bites Back!
J.C. Penney blindsided by Us Weekly
Looks like some of Us Weekly’s advertisers may not be too happy with the Democrat propganda rag’s activism.
Several readers forwarded me the following response they received to their complaints about the Palin-bashing issue:

JCPenney has very strict guidelines regarding advertising from running in any politically or religiously driven magazines or publications. At the time our ad was accepted and approved a different cover was approved for the magazine, however, with the political controversy US Weekly changed their cover and it was too late for us to withdraw.
We never want to cause our customer’s concern and apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your comments and feedback.

MS-NBC dropping Olbermann, Matthews? Update: NYT confirms they’re out as election-coverage anchors

No details on this yet, but Drudge has a headline up stating that MS-NBC has dumped both Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews from its “anchor chair”. David Gregory will take over the political duties and apparently also the anchor spot, at least if Drudge has this correct.
If this is true, what happened? Olbermann has been an embarrassment for years, and Matthews has hardly hidden his “thrill up his leg” for Barack Obama for the last few months. Did NBC finally just get tired of these two credibility killers?
Or did someone at General Electric read this post?
Update: The Drudge headline says NBC’s dropping them from the anchor chair, not just for the debates. Again, we’ll have to wait to see what NBC announces, but from that Drudge note, it sounds like they’re out altogether.
Update II: Here’s what Drudge says:
MSNBC drops Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews from anchor chair… David Gregory will anchor news coverage of the coming debates and election night…. Developing…

How can your post be showing Sept 10th? Where are you located.
L, if you don’t like what is stated here why do you stay? I don’t believe you want real debate.
Riggword, this is a ploy that is starting to look like a TROLL. Say they want legitimate debate and then hack you to pieces. Remember the article on how they try to engage you?
This is Rigg’s site, WE are like minded in seeing that oblowme doesn’t make it into the WH. We have done OUR research. If that offends you then I suggest other blogs that are likeminded with you.
No apologies offered from me!
Rigg if I offend you for telling her to go elsewhere I do apologize. This just has all the troll earmarks on it. You owe her no explanations why we believe the way we do.
