Not just pathetic horndogs, that is…these are liberals who think that finding such shocking evidence of sinful depravity will galvanize social conservatives against her.
Thing is, it’s happened before–to Michelle. Those of you who have followed this site for a while might remember when Gawker came up with some inept photoshops of Michelle in a bikini and ran them, to cheers from Michelle’s critics who believed this proved she was a big stinkin’ hypocrite. (more)

I know a large number of michellemalkin.com readers have shared my deep-seated reservations about John McCain. Those reservations — especially regarding border security, the environment, campaign finance, and his Soros flirtations — remain. And you know I will not hesitate to pound on them. Here’s the case for Sarah Palin. The rumors of a chartered plane leaving from Alaska have been flying around.

A Gulfstream IV jet owned by a firm in Kirkland, Wash., landed at Hook Field Municipal Airport late Thursday night is believed to have had Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on board as a passenger.
National media outlets have identified the first-term Alaska governor, the first woman elected to the position, as a possible vice presidential candidate for Arizona Sen. John McCain, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.
McCain is in Dayton today and is expected to announce his running mate sometime later today at the Nutter Center at Wright State University.
According to Rich Bevis of B&B Aero, the fixed-based operator at Hook Field, the jet, a Gulfstream IV which has the flight range to fly from Alaska to Europe, landed at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28.
Bevis said the woman “was a real close match to Palin” and added that the flight crew that’s based in the Seattle area was told to fly to Anchorage to pick up their party and fly to Middletown. (More Malkin)

I do not know anything about her, but I like this pick. The fact that she chose to give birth to a child with down syndrome, knowing it had down syndrome beforehand, shows where her character is. My only concern is how she will handle the political stage, particularly a debate with Biden.

Thank you for your comment. It is an intersesting question you raise. There are many passages that could be looked at to make your point or discount your point. I choose to only reflect a little on this subject at this time. I will probably touch on this more as the election goes on.
Three quick thoughts come to mind immediately,
1. We are not of the law but of grace. A Christian woman or a man must do as they believe God has called them. In this case I am sure that Sarah Palin prayed and searched scripture before making such life changing decisions. If we are diligent to search God’s will for us which is to know Him closer in our daily lives. I can think of few life events that will bring us closer to Christ than the pressure of a political campagn and then being VP of the United States of America.
2. One thing we would probably both agree with is that the husband is the spiritual leader of the family. I am sure that Sarah Palin did not make her decision without the blessing of her husband and her family as well. This is a family decision lead by the husband.
3. For some of us God has a greater calling. Esther was brought into the King’s palace to save the Jews. Her fate was changed forever to complete God’s plan.
To be sure, it is possible that the Palin children may have difficulty with their new lives. But their are always difficulties in the lives of children even in our common lives.

Even more Hillary supporters will go for McCain now. Obama is no longer a near certainty. Heaven forbid something happens to McCain, but I believe Palin would rise to the occasion. She has the right attitude. Everyone knows Obama is NOT ready for POTUS, Palin is only for the VP. Look at Dan Quayle.

The crazies are coming out. First it was the fake pregnancy thing. I have seen the sexpot comments. I heard that Bill Clinton needs to be kept away from her. Most of the outlandish comments stem from her attractiveness.
Nancy Pelosi should be worried about her status as the highest ranking woman in American politics.
