Obama Hates This Ad, Because It Is Effective! and True!
Brought to you by American Issues Project. William Ayers, domestic terrorist and unrepentant member of The Weather Underground, is one of Obama’s close associates and the man who hired Barack to be the Chairman of the Board of Ayers’ Chicago Annenberg Challenge.
Ayers never apologized!
Obama never disavowed Ayers!
I lived through those days of the Weather Underground;
the anarchy the lawlessness. It was scary.
Putting Obama in the White House will be disastrous and scarier.
Baracks Defense:
With all our problems, why is John McCain talking about the sixties, trying to link Barack Obama to radical Bill Ayers?” the spot says, suggesting that McCain himself is behind the Ayers spot. “McCain knows Obama denounced Ayers’ crimes, committed when Obama was just eight years old.” (TPM Election Central)
Enough Already!

I noted this morning that the Obama campaign’s Chicago-style thug effort to shut down the independent ad on Bill Ayers is part of the larger effort to intimidate conservative donors and curtail the free speech of The One’s critics.
It’s getting uglier, people.
Obama’s lawyer has sent a second letter to the Justice Department calling for the head of Dallas billionaire Harold Simmons, who funded the Ayers ad that the Obama campaign doesn’t want the public to see.

Michelle Malkin has this to say about Obama and Ayers:
The latest on the Annenberg Obama/Ayers paper caper

Will Obama sic his Kossack/MoveOn/ACORN thugs next on bloggers who continue to probe his Ayers connections? He has them bullying TV stations. Can’t be long before he starts in on his Internet adversaries.
Steve Diamond at Global Labor and Politics brings you up to date on the latest decision by the University of Illinois at Chicago to make the Annenberg Obama/Ayers papers available to the public again — and many unresolved questions about the reversal.
Watch your back, Mr. Diamond.
You too, Stanley Kurtz.
Michelle Malkin Has this thought:

Fighting back in a public debate means rebutting with facts or arguments. That is not what Obama is doing. He’s aiming instead for censorship.
As for McCain using his past life as a POW, or as a Congressman or Senator, perhaps your disgust is rooted in the fact that McCain is proud of his past endeavors.
Meanwhile, Obama sinks his energy into hiding his past. Nobody is supposed to look at his social circle, his associates, his college records, his Illinois legislature records, etc..
So when the Left whines about McCain getting POW coverage, realize it’s because their guy – Obama – has no record of consistent achievement. Heck, he hasn’t even won an election without controversy or without filing lawsuits to get opponents off the ballot.

That was some funny stuff Dennymajor. I especially love your satirical take on the assertion that friends and associates don’t matter. LMFAO! Yeah, like the friends of Dubya that didn’t matter. LOLOLOLOL! Who cares about Rezko; Wright; James Cone Theology; Pfleger; Ayers; Alinsky; Davis; Auchi; (you get the idea). LOLOLOL! You’ve got a great sense of humor Dennymajor. And then the issues part. That was some excellent creative propaganda BS. But seriously, it must be rough for Barack to have such lousy character that it leaves him Wide Open for character attacks. Pathetically poor judgment and foresight considering how long he must’ve been planning a life in public office. Guess even Axelrod can only do so much to rehabilitate what is permanently soiled.

Dennymajor,
Thank you for your comment. It is good to hear from Obama supporters occasionally; just to keep us up to date on what you guys are thinking.
I was once a supporter of Ralph Nader. He had integrity to go along with his leftist ideology. Ralph Nader would have been bad for America. I am thankful that I outgrew my young adult idealism.
Obama has deep issues with strong arm politics and hanging out with known criminals and anarchists and hate America types.
Could you tell me why you approve of taking away our 1st amendment rights?
I am seriously interested in how far you would like Obama to go in taking away our constitutional rights to say what we think about our potential elected officials.
Would you want Obama to shut down this blog? I am sure he would like to shut down anyone who stands against his candidacy.

Rob welcome to riggword,
Thank you for your comments and thoughts.
Do you think that if Obama gets elected, he will go after all of the anti-Obama blogs that have been so effective over the last few months/
Do you think he will try and get conservative talk radio off the air with a new gestapo like “fairness” doctrine?
Thanks again for your comments,

dennymajor,
The problem is you sound like a typical Obama supporter. So, if you are not than I go ahead a tell us how independent you are.
McCain does not associate with known unrepentant terrorists; Obama does, it’s that simple.
A character flaw like short temper is one thing, but a lifetime of associating with leftists, hate America Pastors, voter intimidation cheaters (See Acorn), leftists ideologs (Saul Alinksy)
There is so much more. But if you really aren’t a typical Obama supporter then you will honestly check out Obama’s association with leftist anti-American radicals.
You keep saying shouldn’t, why? Are you the arbitrator of what “should” be on the airwaves. Or perhaps you want Obama to call all the shots on who “Should” put what you or Obama want on the airwaves. Maybe nobody should talk about McCain either?
Thank you for your comments,

I remember back in the day when Carter was in the WhiteHouse and the hostages were taken in Iran. Went on and on. Then the perceived ‘warmonger’ Reagan took the WhiteHouse and……. Hostages released. The reputation (deserved or not) for being a ‘warmonger’ can serve as a greater deterrent to war then the presence of a ‘dovely’ negotiator. It took me awhile to get that concept, but it has proven true time and time again. No one wants to fluck with someone who they think of as a hawk. But the doves get pushed, prodded and tested all the time. Think of it from the parent / child perspective. It applies as an analogy.

And realistically, If I associated with Charlie Manson & Fam for 20 years, I’d expect people to have questions and suspicions about my character and beliefs. (For a great analogy, check out Bigticer at YouTube.) The withholding of the Annenberg papers did nothing but raise suspicion levels. As does Barack’s failure to present his records from his time in the Illinois legislature. Face value isn’t always what its presented to be. I’ve learned that the hard way in life. If someone else chooses to take Barack at face value, that is their business. If someone chooses to put the worst possible spin on McCain and the best possible spin on all things Obama, that’s their choice too. Myself? If feces come out of my computer screen and bury both of them in neck deep excrement, I won’t be surprised. However McCain’s service, which in and of itself does not qualify him to be President, points to a deeper issue of importance to me. Character. His imprisonment and how he chose to deal with it is a glimpse into the character of him. I like what I see in that glimpse. 20Years enveloped in the church of James Cone Liberation Theology? No, I cannot go there and feel right about the glimpse of character revealed to me there.
